Choose Your Own Path to Better Leadership
When you register for Campfire Summit 2025, you will select four program paths, one from each perspective. You no longer need to choose each speaker and workshop separately; instead, you can choose from pre-planned packages. Thanks to the path structure, it is easier for you to select the program package that suits you best. The keynote presentations from each perspective are included in all program paths.

Registration Instructions for Johtajatulet 2025
Registration
Registration opens on Tuesday, April 8 and closes on Wednesday, April 23. The event has a maximum capacity of 3500 participants, so be sure to sign up early!
To register a scout, you need a PartioID. For underage participants, a guardian must complete the registration using their own guardian PartioID. If you’ve forgotten your PartioID or have issues logging in, please contact your local troop’s membership officer. See here (LINK) instructions on how to create a PartioID and how guardians can use it.
Those exploring scouting for the first time can register without PartioID via the same registration link.
If a guardian is registering both scouts and non-scouts at the same time, use the same link. However, to register a non-scout, the guardian must log out of Kuksa first, otherwise the non-scout option won’t appear.
All registration form fields must be completed truthfully and carefully. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If any required fields are left incomplete, the form cannot be submitted. Missing fields will be listed at the top of the form after submission failure. Complete the missing fields and submit the form again.
Participation Fee Payment
Participation Fees
- Rover Scouts (born 2000–2007) – 70 € (2025 membership fee paid)
- Scouts – 125 € (2025 membership fee paid)
- Non-members 155 €
- Event Volunteers – 70 € (volunteer role must be valid during registration, 2025 membership fee paid)
The participation fee will be paid at the time of registration. Each participant will be registered and paid for individually. If the payment process is interrupted, you will need to start the registration process again from the beginning. The registration is only confirmed once the system verifies the payment. Do not close the browser before payment is confirmed.
Do not change participation fee options after clicking the “Calculate total price” button. If you need to adjust your selection, start the form from scratch.
Payment is made via the Paytrail payment service, which will appear on your bank statement regardless of the chosen payment method.
Participant Information
Basic scout information will auto-fill in the form. Please check that all details are correct. You can edit the details by clicking the “Edit” button. Don’t forget to save with “Save person.”
Make sure that the correct participant is selected from the dropdown menu, especially when a guardian is registering someone else.
From the ”Organization represented” menu, select the troop you’re representing. This option does not apply to non-scouts.
Photo Consent
You can give or deny permission for photos to be taken. Those without photo consent will receive a visible badge on their scarf so photographers know not to photograph them.
Dietary Information
To support sustainability, all food served will be lacto-ovo vegetarian (includes dairy and eggs and is lactose-free). You do not need to list this as a special diet. However, please report any other food allergies as accurately as possible.
You can update dietary details in Kuksa or by emailing johtajatulet@partio.fi by July 15, 2025. If your dietary needs are complex or require more explanation, you can skip ticking the options and describe them in your own words in the additional information field.
Special Needs
This section should include any medical or accessibility needs that affect the participant’s daily life and that medical staff should be aware of. The information will only be used by the event’s official medical team and project office.
Include any accessibility needs here, including the presence of a personal assistant. If you’re a personal assistant yourself, you are encouraged to apply for financial support. If that’s not possible, you may apply for a fee waiver by emailing a brief explanation to johtajatulet@partio.fi by April 21. Do not complete the registration form if you’re applying for a waiver.
Terms & Permissions
Here, you’ll confirm you accept the registration, participation, and cancellation terms.
You can also give or deny consent for marketing related to scouting and future Johtajatulet events.
Changing the Participant
Registration for Johtajatulet 2025 is binding. If you have registered but cannot attend for some reason, you may seek another person to take your place.
Terms for Changing the Participant
Participant changes are possible until August 1, 2025.
These participant change terms apply to all changes. By registering for the event, you have accepted the registration, participation, cancellation, and change terms.
You are responsible for finding a replacement participant and arranging the participation fee between yourselves in the way that works best for both parties. The Guides and Scouts of Finland will not issue a new invoice to the replacement participant or refund the original fee.
The new participant must meet the same pricing conditions as the original registrant:
- If you registered with the non-member fee , you can transfer your place to another non-member or scout.
- If you registered with the scout member price, you can only transfer your place to another person who has paid the scout membership fee.
- If you registered with the “rover” fee, you can only transfer your participation to another person eligible for the rover price.
Participant changes must be made by August 1, 2025. No changes will be accepted after this date.
The participation fee of the original registrant must appear as paid in the Guides and Scouts of Finland’s system before the change can be processed.
After the change, the new participant may update their registration details (e.g., dietary restrictions) according to separate instructions, until July 15, 2025.
Programme pathway selections cannot be changed during the participant transfer. However, at the event itself, it is possible to change to programme pathways that have available space.
Instructions for Changing the Participant
Participant changes can be made until August 1, 2025.
- Find a Replacement
Search for a replacement participant through your own networks or via the dedicated Facebook group created for this purpose.
In the Facebook group, you can look for someone to take your place or express your interest in attending in someone else’s place. Please note that the group only facilitates finding a match—the actual participant change must be made using a designated form.
When posting in the Facebook group, specify whether you are registered as a Scout, Rover, or a non-member. A Scout or Rover place can only be transferred to another Scout or Rover.
- Be Cautious with Personal Data
Your Johtajatulet 2025 participation fee must be marked as paid to the Guides and Scouts of Finland before the change can be processed. You and your replacement are responsible for managing the payment between yourselves. The Guides and Scouts of Finland will not issue a new invoice to the replacement or refund the original registrant.
We recommend using payment methods that verify both the sender and recipient, such as MobilePay, Pivo, or Siirto.
- Complete the Forms
- The person giving up their spot must complete the form: ”I have agreed to transfer my Johtajatulet participation to another person” by August 1, 2025. (LINK)
- The replacement participant must complete the form: ”I have agreed to participate in Johtajatulet in place of another person” by August 1, 2025. (LINK)
- Confirmation
Both parties will receive a confirmation email once the change is successfully processed.
Information submitted via these forms will be entered into the Scout registration system Kuksa for registration purposes. The form data will be deleted within three months after the event. For more information about data protection in scouting, please visit the website of the Guides and Scouts of Finland.

You can update your dietary or health details later in Kuksa, or notify johtajatulet@partio.fi by July, 15.
Scouts or their guardians can view and edit their registration in Kuksa (kuksa.partio.fi) by logging in, selecting the correct name in the top-right corner > Go to person’s details > choose the ”Events” tab > click “Edit” next to “SP Johtajatulet 2025.”
